COOL EARLY.  SAVE LIVES.

Pre-hospital treatment has its unquestionable benefits. Every minute counts and induction of therapeutic hypothermia immediately after ROSC can be crucial in patient survival.1

The EMCOOLS cooling system provides a safe and effective cooling method for rapid induction of therapeutic hypothermia in the pre-hospital emergency setting. It has been designed to be easy to use in the out of hospital setting.

The cooling pads are non invasive and take only 2 minutes to apply to the patient's body. The cooling system requires no external power supply during the cooling process. Hence, the portable design of the EMCOOLS cooling technology allows for the cooling therapy to be started immediately after ROSC and followed through to intensive care, as compared to conventional surface cooling devices which have to be hospital based due to the heavy bulky and power-operated design.
